I have spent part of my life discovering small and unknown producers, looking for the quality of products and authentic flavors, I travelled around the world, going to renowned starred restaurants, the best taverns and pizzerias, to enrich my wealth of experience.
I wrote for some of the most important Italian newspapers, for the blogs dissapore and lucianopignatarowineblog, for one of the most prestigious magazines in the world, the swedish Fool, and furthemore for Papero Giallo owned by the great and late journalist Stefano Bonilli, inventor of the guides Gambero Rosso and its thematic channel still existing to this day on Sky, with whom I founded the gazzetta gastronomica, an editorial project that unfortunately remained unfinished due to his premature death in Rome in August 2014.
I joined the prestigious Club 5C of the Relais & Chateaux guide, I have organized several successful events with Stefano Bonilli such as 'a pasta in Gragnano, and 'a pizza in Vico Equense, with a very welcomed commendation from the founder of Slow Food, Carlo Petrini.
For the Consortium Pasta of Gragnano, in addition to the traditional pasta festival, I organized three editions of Pasta in Spiaggia with the Consorzio AmoNerano, in the splendid natural setting of Marina del Cantone. Furthemore, I presented with major pride the two editorial projects of the great chef Massimo Bottura, Vieni in Italia con me and Il Pane è Oro, until last August in Castel di Sangro on healthy eating made with the president of Calcio Napoli, Aurelio De Laurentiis.
At the same time for about thirty years, until 2015, I worked in the building supplies sector, with a particular propensity for the hotel sector, founding one of the most renowned agencies in the national territory, Promo Service sas, collaborating with the best designers and the main italian design companies, to enrich my professional experience, from 2016 to 2019, with the important position of director of the Consortium for the Protection of Pasta di Gragnano IGP, and finally joining the corporate structure of VitignoItalia, one of the most successful italian winemaking event.
So with thirty years of experience, written in my first book Tre Meno Meno (Polidoro Editore), in 2013 I founded, in the sixteenth-century courtyard of the Piazza Bellini hotel in Naples, CORTESE WAY, my "business card" as I love to define it, a project that offers specific advice for catering, precious for its global vision that combines the experience of who has done business and the gourmet, born for those wishing to start a new business, starting from the design and renovation of a new restaurant, or for those wishing to enrich, modify, the gastronomic proposals of their existing one.
